Fairly pricey if you buy them new, but this is definitely something where
used or surplus is a LOT cheaper.

These sorts of things come in several pieces, so you might be able to
scrounge a good part of it cheap, and just buy the part you need.

There's the "operator" - that's the button and the mechanical part that
locks it down until you turn it to release it

Then, there's usually one or more "contact blocks"

And sometimes, there's the "panel mounting"

Get yourself a Square D or Allen Bradley catalog and start looking around.
