You can find the ANSI or ISO artwork in some places on the web and print one
yourself.
OR.. McMaster-Carr and Grainger both carry a wide selection of warning
signs.

There are several big mfrs of warning labels and signs (I can't recall the
name off hand, sorry), so searching the web for them might work.
