Hi John,

I am running a Terry Blake propellar style gap, and with this design, i.e.
tungsten rod running thru a 1 by 1 by 3 piece of HDPE, it's hard to keep the
tolerances that one might expect with a lathe trued G-10 rotor gap. I plan
to redo the rotating assembly in the near future with UHMWP, but for now,
it's a "run whatcha brung" kind of a set up. Terry has seen the pictures of
my assembly, and I would post pics if I had a digital camera. With this
style gap, it's hard to maintain perfect concentricity and down to the mil
per side kind of tolerances. The safety gaps would fire when I was going to
extremes on the phase, but in the sweet spot, everything seemed OK. I was
just playing with the phase to get a feel for the system, as your control
system and RSGs are new to me.
