would this be a good capacitor for a tesla coil using a potential 
transformer. this is the transformer  e bay #380771990
   Specs as follows; Manufact. ABB, voltage  8400-14560-120, Style 
7525A23G07, Serial No. 20242768, 60HZ, Ratio 70:1, Date 2002, ANSI bil

Item Description:
This is an enourmous capacitor pulled from an X-ray machine... still works 
fine.  Could be used for large Tesla coils or other high voltage high 
energy applications.  It has 4 contacts on it (the case being one of 
them), and the label states several voltage ratings, the lowest rating is 
62, 500 volts.  Its capacitance is 2.0 uF.  You can probably 
guess that this thing is heavy... i guess around 50 -60 lbs.  I will 
ship economy to make it as cheap as possible.  Feel free to ask
