Sure, if it's got the output voltage you need. But.. most of the dry
transformers I've seen are things like 480:240:120 and maybe a few 2400:240
or 4160:240 (4160 = delta for 2400 wye). A lot of potential transformers
(which would work nicely) are essentially a dry transformer, but they've got
potted cores and coils.
