280 Variac + 4 Pack MOT wiring

Do I have this schematic anywhere near right? The MOTS are supposed to be 
wired so that each set of 2 is out of phase from the others so that one is 
producing -5000 while the others are producing +5000 for a difference of 
10000. The sliding shunt ballast is still under design.
