Beware --- many power companies are now trying to unload PCB type oil filled
xmfrs on unsuspecting "victims". If you get one of these, with the paper
work the power company fills out, you will be tracked by the EPA who may
show up someday and require you to dispose of it or the oil --- at a special
disposal station in Alabama.

Failure to dispose of it and the EPA will do it for you --- and send you a
hazardous cleanup bill for $1,000.00 Fail to pay the bill and they use some
Federal powers to seize your home.

Don't laugh --- this actually happened to someone I know. I think he paid
out around $550.00 for the shipping and disposal --- then the govt released
the lien on his property.
