If one plans to use acetone for a secondary wipedown, test for compatibility
with the coilform material first.  Acetone will attack some common form
materials, causing crazing or stress cracking.  My personal experience is
with acrylic.  My acrylic coilform developed numerous small cracks at its
ends when wiped with acetone.
