I found an alternative source for MMC suitable caps, the WIMA FKP1 type
with
100nF 1600VDC / 650VAC
Prices are as follows:

1        pcs    1,77/pcs
10      pcs    1,65/pcs
50      pcs    1,53/pcs
100    pcs    1,39/pcs

Prices are in Euro including tax. You can order these via mail to
info-at-elektronik-eck.de and get another 1% discount, pay in advance and
get
even another 4% off.

I feel this is a pretty good deal. The company is located in Germany, so
