Not true. It doesn't matter what their website says, but they keep records
for some time. I was recently discussing with them how clearly the check
boxes were marked off on an airbill from last year, which became a billing
dispute. Fedex is the only comapny I've seen that will actually sent $10
to collections. Pretty stupid.
