You dont really make any sense there. Maybe you are saying that you want to
arrange the transformers in 5000-0-5000 so the HV windings only see double
the voltage and not quadruple. I shoudl make a diagram for this.....

Wire it in series with whatever you wish to limit the current to. Short the
secondary or add a resistive load to it to control the amount of current
flowing in the primary winding.
