Chris,

In my doublers and triplers, I insulate the MO caps so I don't have to worry
about internal arcs between the cap foil and the case.  I advise you to do
the same.  It isn't hard to mount them on a plastic base (e.g. cut up HDPE
cutting board) with plastic uprights to fasten the caps to with nylon cable
ties.  Looks more impressive also.
