Hi Godfrey,

     Since all his purchases are in the last 60 days, including detailed 
plans for a TC, my guess is that this is a self-directed newbie. There is 
much more needed for TC caps than just capacity and voltage ratings. They 
don't look like RF AC rated caps to me. If I'm right, and those caps are 
going to be put in a TC tank circuit, then I believe that he'll be looking 
for Geek Caps right after his scald burns heal.
