An all pass filter is a filter that allows all frequencies through with no
attenuation (or constant attenuation), but changes the phase. The phase
response can be contstant (ie 90 degree phase shift) or a function of
frequency (a positive slope linear function of frequency would be a
constant time delay). This is just a suggestion, but at the same time is
getting a bit complex for an SSTC - at least for what I would like to do.
For now I'm going with the KISS method.
