In all probability you have been scammed/fooled/ripped off.

I would cancel that credit card immediately.

I would inform ebay via

    spoof-at-ebay-dot-com

what is happening.
(This may not be the exact way ebay prefers, but should work.

(I have bought and sold on ebay for years.
No problems.)

There are thieves who will send false messages,
appearing to come from ebay.  They ask for credit card info, etc.

Be VERY cautious (like never) in responding to these.
