I saw it also.  They gave a breif overview of how a coil works. "Madam" was
sitting on a grounded metal table which had a rod connecting the toroid to
the table top.  She wore chain mail gloves and had streamers from her
fingertips. At one point she lowered both her hands and streamers broke out
from the top of head.  She said she made a mistake and she shouldnt have
done that....

She also said "if there are any freaky mad scientists out there who own
thier own Tesla Coil, dont try this at home. I am a trained professional."

I just saw a Tesla coil with "Madam Electra" on Wild West Tech on the
