Not sure what you saw, but it sounds like a tube I
have for pulling behind a boat. My tube is probably
18" x 60", and stays inflated all year. If you live
near the coast or a big lake, you can probably pick
one up used for $15 to $20. Or do a Google search for
ski tubes.
