Ebay cancelled the auction again. This time they suspended account.
What is the deal with this capacitor? Why won't it last long?

Please note the 0.25 MFD cap you have listed on eBay for TC use will not
last long. I ran this part number past CI via email and they said:
Capacitor Industries, formerly Chicago Condensor Corp., quotes:
This capacitor is a DC-only capacitor to be used for blocking and coupling.
It is not to be used with AC voltages and certainly not to be used on pulse
applications. 95% Reversals at 500 Hz. will cause immediate failure.
