 From past discussions, that is just how it works.  Look in the phone book 
for a Shell oil distributor.  It is sold in 5 gal buckets.  Here is a nice 
place to look too...

We have two here in Fort Collins.  Just have them order you a bucket.  I 
think it runs about $50 / 5 gal.
