Yup! My OLTC II secondary is made out of this stuff. I never found any by
the roadside so I bought a length of the 10" stuff from an industrial pipe
merchant. Mine is the blue colour and it has withstood about 700kV with no
ill effects.

Finn Hammer also used the same 10" blue piping and it seemed to work well.
