More questions on SSTC & "Tesla rifle"

Unfortunately, the Wisconsin State Journal archives for August 2nd do not
contain the article describing your "Tesla rifle". Would it be possible for
you to scan the article, or provide a FAX copy?

Your "Tesla rifle" and the "Kinetic Resonance Energy Weapon" are certainly
new and interesting fields for Resonance Research to be working in.

Specifically, what office within the DOD are you working with on the SSTC
development? Is the DOD providing funding for Resonance Research?

Do I understand your previous post correctly in that the DOD has officially
ordered your SSTC research to become "classified"?
