This is what I use on a 15K 30 ma TC.  check the pic.

9 copper tubes 3/4" x 2" long with .030 gaps and a jumper wire for tuning
the gaps.  Its all mounted inside of a piece of 4" pvc pipe with a 4" box
fan.
