Thanks for the help. I will remove and inspect the outer transformers soon.
Since it already mounted on PVC, I can just remove the "feet" made from
carriage 1/4-20s and drop it in a plastic ontainer with some oil. I was
reading on the list that Shell Diala LX is transformer oil and can be had
cheaply from oil shops.
