Tank cap and psu for 3 inch coil

Assuming a 10 kilavolts AC 60 hz power supply at 130ma according to
wintesla I should have a 34.5 nF cap for 3 inch coil? Is this right, this
is my first coil and I'm a little in the dark. This power supply is my 4
pack of MOTs ballast at 60 microfarads with 240 VAC in.
( 1 )/( 2pi*60*60*(10^(-6)) ) = 44.2097 ohms
240 / 44.2097 = 5.42867 amps
240 * 5.42867 = 1302.88 watts
is 1300 watts enough for a 3 inch coil or should I go with a bigger cap and
try and push more power in? Also wintesla says I should set a single static
gap to 1.1905 inches? I dont see 10 kilavolts jumping that far.
