Hey,
I just recently got some 600volt 110amp Igbts and want to create a full 
bridge of them for my sstc....

how would i do this?How do the collectors and emmiters compare to the 
drains and sorces ?

I plan to use cables instead of pcb traces due to the large nature of 
these...They have 4 screw terminals...HGT1N40N60A4D from fairchild...
I have all 4 mounted on a heatsink right now ready to be hooked up...
