I would have been suspicious since the highest voltage I've seen on pigs
(pad mounts are another story) is 19.9/34.5 kV and those are kinda rare.
Weight is also a consideration. 14.4kV, 10kVA is about 250lb or so. Same kVA
at 34.5kV is 600lb and the bushings are longer than usual.
