1/2 Wave Tesla Coil - Resonant Frequency

For a 1/2 Wave tesla coil with a non-grounded secondary, primary coil
centered over the secondary, what are the
design parameters for resonance frequency  matching to the primary.  For
a 1/2wave coil, we have peaks at both
ends of the secondary 180 degrees out of phase (if primary is exactly
centered) and a mid-point grounded secondary
would be identical to two 1/4wave tesla coils sharing a single primary.

Would we design normally for 1/4wave coil and double the electrical
length of the secondary, or as simple as dividing
1/4Wave Freqresonant by 2 for 1/2wave coil.
