Hello, sorry for the wrong labeling.  The only place I have seen a use for 
these (just learning); is for use, like said, to resonant charge a circuit 
using the high Induction of the coil.  There is no secondary and it's only 
about 10-12 turns.  It maybe an AC choke as said too.  Just know it was 
from a yag laser.
