Re: putting variacs in parallel?

The auction for the item I posted, #2558346951, has ended.
Just do a search for more, they're there.
"650 Watt 13 Volt AC 50 Amp Power Transformer"
At first I thought this setup would drop too much power. but after wiring I
found it not to be the case since I can't push anywhere near that current
through each of them. Voltage drops are all under a couple volts with the
stack delivering 35 amps, easy for the stack since each variac is rated
0-280 -at- 10 amps. I also have a pair of 5020's and if I do get around to
paralleling those I may use two paralleled "chokes" at each output.
