Hi Antonio,

Yes, it's a multiplier.  It ran 180KV (I think) with a current limiting
resistor running up to the torrid.  Dr. R can tell you the exact specs.
Discharging the caps made me jump every time with the healthy 4-5" arc from
the top cap.  You could actually feel the arc grab the wand similar to the
way a power arc feels on my grounding stick.  Dr. R had me discharge the
torrid first and then the top cap and keep it shorted as we loaded the next
kid.
