I would recomend a seconday with a diamiter of 11.5cm would be good,
240mm is way to small. I would wind a length of 50cm to 60cm and wind with
24awg to 26awg enameled wire. with 24awg you sould get around 900 turns and
with 26awg it willl be 1200 turns. With 1800 watts of input power you sould
get 120cm to 150cm streamers off the topload. For you toroid i would make it
50cm x 11.5cm or up to 60cm x 16.5cm, either of those shoould work good.
