For best results, NST TC's should be run at double the mains frequency,
or 4 times the mains frequency;  120bps or 240 bps  (or 100 bps or
200 bps in certain parts of the world).  This makes the charging smooth,
and prevents NST overvolting.  It tames the system.  Terry shows the
