It looks like a single stage EMI filter.  The current specs are far greater
than you tesla coil will draw, so it shouldn't blow up.  The voltage spec it
right too.

I'm using a 12/60 NST and a dual stage EMI filter and I get no interference
with TV.  Let us know if your TV or radio is affected.
