Bert turned me on to Joe's after he brought me a roll to DC's last October,
and I spoke with Joe once in December of last year, but conversed with his
wife several times trying to get a hold of him.  She'd always say "He's gone
again, I don't know what else to say!"  The one time I did speak with Joe,
it was apparent that he did enjoy basement hobbyists, and guaranteed that he
could get ANYTHING I needed.  I am sorry to hear of his passing.
