Tesla blew the input fusing at 15KW. His Westinghouse xfmr could handle
about 60KVA at 60KV. He never used over 30KV due to his saltwater caps
breaking down. Tesla wrote it in the notes that he was arcing the secondary
to ground, and that the harmonics caused the arcover of the generator.
