I suppose that fungi are plants although some might debate that issue.
In any case, fungi absorb air and release carbon-dioxide. I've heard of
commercial mushroom growers employing ozone generators to help with fungal
growth. Sort of like creating the effects of a thunderstorm without the
thunder :)
So a Tesla-coil might be great for any fungi you might have crawling around
;)
