You sure about that? All antifreeze that I buy says that in a 50/50 solution
with water, it protects your radiator from freezing down to -34F, and in a
pure 100% ethylene glycol form, it's good to -84F. I hardly think antifreeze
that only protected from freezing above +8F would be of much use to us that
live in the colder climates.
