primary coil a little wavy?

I just finished making my primary coil. I just used some strips of lexan 
and drilled 1/4 in holes in them, and used a bandsaw to cut two lines to 
the holes (so that the pipe can snap in). Well, i have just snapped my 
copper tubing in and the wire on my coil is wavy. The waves are there 
because i had to hammer the pipe into my lexan slots, so the waves go down, 
then back up to the hole. Is this going to affect the output of my coil?
