Looking for way to send high frequency electrical current through wire

Dear All at the Tesla List
I just need a lead on a cheap, safe way to send high frequency electrical 
current through a piece of wire. If I had cut class, I would not have to 
deal with this.  I wish I had   cut class that day.
     Any  leads would be appreciated.
