In other words, it has zero high-voltage ->generating<- properties.
It will however provide a source of 8 volts - 8 volts at 90 amps (720
watts)
The electrical isolation between the input and the output is not given
so they cannot guarantee exactly what they have but it should be good
for ten or 20 K-Volts but these K-volts you have to generate via some
other means...
