Hi All,

I have changed the number of MOVs used in my NST protection filter and I 
now give the number of MOVs to be used for various NST voltages.

This should provide a little better protection for lower voltage NSTs and 
help to keep from blowing MOVs when people turn up the varaic to 140 VAC 
with a 15kV NST.  It also allows a bit more room if the MOVs are at the low 
end of their 10% tolerance.
