I get mine from USA Manufacturing, motor run caps.

I found by experimenting that my 15/30 NSTs like about 100uF of PFC. Yours
will more likely take more.
You can stack these (in parallel) until you get a good value that works best
for you.

I did a search for Run Capacitors that can be used for PFC.
It's slow loading so be patient.
