You might try a high speed abrasive disk, they cut quite well through
hard to cut materials, similar to masonry cutters but thinner (1/16")
you can mount them on an angle grinder. Sait and Metabo both make
similar products, as they are abrasive no worries about dulling. IF you
mount it on an angle grinder be very careful the blade can catch and
break up if you're not holding on tight. they are also very unforgiving
to flesh, 10,000 rpm cuts quick even if it doesn't look sharp. Be VERY
careful. You should be able to find them at a local tool & equipment
shop for 2-5$ apeice.
The show is quite impressive also, lots of sparks, beware of flammable
materials nearby.
good luck and be safe, Zack (zcroh-at-comcast-dot-net)
