These caps are intended as a power backup, and aren't appropriate for Tesla
use. The capacitance is WAY too high and the voltage rating WAY too low. And
with the numbers on these caps, there is no practical way to build an MMC
out of them. And if you could, they aren't constructed to take HV pulse
operation.

So no, they aren't better than a SW cap. If you are starting a first coil I
would reccomend going that route. SW caps are cheap and durable.
