Exposure to real bright short wave UV might trigger the hardening reaction?
You never know... I'm just guessing, and I don't know enough about epoxy
chemistry, but my vague recollection is that the hardener essentially speeds
up a reaction that normally proceeds at a very, very slow pace. Baking it
might also help, but, if you're built on a PVC form, you'd probably melt the
form before the reaction kicks off.
