Control panel drawing

I made a drawing of the control panel i am planing to build. Could comeone 
look at it and tell me if it will work?

And also, where can i get a keypad lock, rf filter, (cheap) volt and amp 
meters for this project? should i put an emergency switch on my panel? if 
so, what kind should i use, and where do i put it? One more question, how 
do you secure variacs to the control panel? Thanks
