will touchin 1 side of a MOT output hurt you?

well it hurt pretty bad,  my hand curled up and formed some kind of ball 
shape figure, well I got shocked by a (MOT) Microwave Oven Transformer  and 
im tellin ya.  it all happened today around  7:20P.M.   and I was wondering 
if I should seek  medical attention, I washed it and put some antibiotic on 
it (some cream)  but, I went out there to see what had, and how it had 
happened, I didn't find anything, like NOTHING  I tryed to see how it 
shocked me but it was in the middle of my (wooden)  table?

So  if you can tell me what went wrong, I had heelys on (thick rubber 
shoes) but I think I touched the output (if you do this will it shock you?
