Value is in the eye of the beholder. A copy of Tesla's original CSN 
published in Yugoslavia (in English) is available for $25 on Ebay:

Whether or not the later interpretation of what Tesla wrote is worth 8 
times that, (5.5 X new price of 8 years ago) depends strictly on the value 
the explanations and updated language have for the buyer.
