RE: Warm up time on old capacitor checker

Don't know about capacitance tester, but I'm pretty sure my old Heathkit
VTVM (vacuum-tube-volt-meter) warmed up in less than a minute, altho' I
think it would drift a bit (need to be re-zeroed) over time.
