Phil,

I can't help with 2000V caps, but RS components Australia ( www.rswww-dot-com.au
) have a range of 1500V polypropylene caps.

I have used the following caps with great success (MMCs designed using the
excel mmc spreadsheet, search the archives for it if you do not have it):

0.022uF p/n 114-468 $1.57ea or $1.41ea (50+ qty)
0.047uF p/n 114-474 $2.04ea or $1.84ea (50+ qty)

Also available (but not tried by me):

0.010uF p/n 114-452 $1.35ea or $1.25ea (50+ qty)
0.100uF p/n 114-480 $4.53ea or $4.15ea (50+ qty)

They also have 10M Ohm 3500V 0.5W bleeder resistors p/n 164-8401 $0.57ea or
$0.41ea (300+ qty)
